Welcome to Jaz's Quick Cooking. I love to cook, but as a mother of four kids (ages 14, 7, 4, and 2), I find that often I don't have time to make an elaborate meal. But we love to eat! So I've assembled a collection of quick, easy, affordable recipes to make for my family, and I share those recipes here.

Menus -- these are some of my favorite "quick fix" menus - some link to recipes in the recipes section, and some have a quickie recipe that isn't in the recipes section.

Recipes -- in this section I share the recipes I love most, along with a downloadable Mastercook file.

Tips -- Cooking tips that I've found to be helpful when trying to cook quickly.

Log-- a weblog I keep (sporadically) of what I cook. Sometimes you'll find recipes in here, too, along with links to sites with good recipes.
